See how your observations compare. • The Case of Shaquila and Joseph Read the latest case presentation, that of Shaquila and Joseph in couples therapy to address what Shaquila perceives to be Joseph’s emotional betrayal. While the therapist describes months of couples therapy and individual therapy for Shaquila, the use of various techniques, and depression and trauma measurement instruments, the case discussants question whether Shaquila’s devastated reaction to Joseph’s betrayal is resolved sufficiently for the marriage to survive. Read the case of Andrew, a middle-aged man with a history of depression treated with medication only.
